Discussion: Fast, Scalable, Programmable Hardware Packet Scheduler

This was another project for my Network Algorithms class. We were asked to choose from a variety of research papers and then summarize/reflect on it. I also had to give a presentation that condensed the information as much as possible, but still retained the important information.

The most difficult part of this project was writing a summary with a minimum of 5 pages, on a research paper that was only ~6 pages. It was a weird mix of trying not to be too specific, but also needing to reach the page count :')
